The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects. He or she will oversee all aspects of projects, sets deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of projects. He or she will prepare reports for upper management with project. Must show ability to effectively lead and direct the work of others.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Technology or related subject

  • Experience with IT Technical Project Management

  • Strong familiarity with project management software

  • Demonstrated experience in personnel management


Senior Onsite Technician/ Branch Manager

Mapl is looking for a system administrator/branch manager to oversee and provide support for our team of technicians as we continue to grow and expand. We are a well-rounded company that services the Apple® community of all types. With a wide variety of clients such as movie studios, attorneys’ offices, schools, universities, and small businesses ranging from retail focused companies to brokerage firms, you will gain experience and knowledge among many sectors.

In this role, you will work on some of the latest applications of I.T and technical advances. We are looking for someone who is competent in network administration, MDM, and system administration. We primarily use Kerio and Watch-guard firewalls, HP Switches, and Ruckus Access Points. Competency in these products is a bonus, but is not required. You will be responsible for ensuring business value and communicating results, while ensuring our client’s needs are always met.

This position will come with a salary based off experience, as well as a percentage of the company vested over 5 years.

    • 3 years of experience of extensive knowledge of macOS, know how to troubleshoot it

    • Understanding of the function of various networks

    • Experience with G-Suite administration

A Junior Support Technician is responsible for Tier 1 and 2 tech support related issues for clients. Someone filling this role must be an outside the box thinker, outgoing, have a passion for learning, and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills. Support technicians must have their own mode of transportation and be willing to travel.
